Terms & Conditions of Bookings

All booking confirmations are automatically accepted and agreed by both parties once a booking fee has been paid .

All bookings are subject to a non returnable booking fee of £20 or 10 % whichever is the greater upon making the booking unless an invoice has been issued .

Invoices raised will be subject to the same Terms and conditions as any other bookings made.

In the event a client or customer cancels an engagment that has been made and confirmed by email or in writing , they will still be liable to pay cancellation charges as follows

Over 30 days prior to the Event date:- NO fee

14 - 30 days prior to the event booking date 25 % of total invoice to be paid

14-7 days prior to the the event booking date 50% of total invoice to be paid

7 days or less till the booking date 100% of total invoice to be paid

All Bookings and Inflatable hires MUST be paid in full for the FIRST original booking date .

If the client chooses to cancel the engagement , an agreeable alternative date can be made for no extra charge for up to 12 months from the original booking date . After 12 months a new booking fee will be required

Billys partytime Ents will cancel any bookings if the weather or location is unacceptable to health and safety guidlines set out by Health and safety England or Billy's partytime Entertainments feels there is a risk of damage to the equipment or life , this includes met office coloured weather warnings.

In the event that Billys partytime cancels the booking an alternative available date will be offered and the booking will remain live .

The client will provide suitable area for performance or equipment along with an agreed suitable power supply that meets uk industry standards .

If the act requires changing facilities a secure area will be expected to be provided , toilets are unacceptable and are deemed by Billys partytime as a safe guarding issue .

The client fully agrees that if an Act or Operator is threatened , abused verbally or physically by ANYONE present at the performance Venue , the act / operator has the right to refuse to perform / operate without penalty , furthermore all fees will remain payable by the client

Any work permits or licences required are the resposibility of the client .

In the event a performance cannot start due to a delay by the client, venue access or any other reasons which are of no fault of the ACT / OPERATOR . The Act or operator will not be subject to play catch up or over run the agreed schedualled times.

Should the Client wish to extend a performance or hire further payment will be agreed and made before any extra schedualled time is performed .

All set up times and access must allow at least 30 minutes for a Simple set up consisting of 1 inflatable or 1 performance or 1 piece of equipment to allow for all safety checks to be made and the acts performance to be made ready .

Set ups requiring more than one inflatable, Act Performance or Equipment will need more set up and safety check time, this will be agreed at the time of booking . All equipment set up , man power and safety checks for each individual piece of equipment needs to be taken into consideration before an agreed set up time can be finally reached .

In the Event that Act or operator cannot attend an engagement due to Traffic problems , vehicle failure or personal; issues such as health or family related issues the client will be informed as soon as possible by Billys partytime entertainments , an alternative act will be sought where possible or another date and time will be offered or a full refund will be given.
